These terms govern text messages sent by 1322 Real Estate. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from us, you accept these terms.

1. How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from us when you:
- check the text-messaging consent box on a form on this website;
- give us your mobile number and agree to be texted during a phone conversation or in person;
- provide your number and consent on a written or electronic agreement; or
- text us first at one of our published numbers.
Consent is not a condition of purchase, of selling us a property, or of any other service we provide. We do not send text messages to anyone who has not given consent or initiated contact with us.
2. What we send
Messages relate to a property inquiry you made or a transaction you are part of: confirming a conversation, scheduling a walkthrough, sending or following up on an offer, coordinating with title, and answering your questions. We do not send messages containing content prohibited by carrier rules.
3. How to stop
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further messages to that number unless you opt in again. You may also ask us to stop by calling or emailing us.

5. Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice, and message delivery to some carriers may be unavailable.
6. Your mobile number and privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share your mobile number only with the messaging providers that deliver our messages on our behalf. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information generally.
7. Changes to your number
Tell us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned, so that we do not text someone who never consented.
